The part most providers skip
What I will not do
- Say "yes" to a control you don't have. A wrong answer in a security questionnaire becomes a misrepresentation in the contract.
- Claim a certification you don't hold. No invented SOC 2, ISO 27001 or PCI DSS.
- Sign as the author. You review and submit; the responsibility stays where it belongs.
- Paper over a gap. A disclosed gap is a condition. A discovered gap is a lost deal.

- NDAMine or yours — whichever is faster. Nothing is shared before it's signed.
- IntakeYou send the form plus whatever policies, screenshots and past questionnaires exist. Imperfect documentation is fine.
- DraftEvery row answered or flagged, with a citation. 72 hours.
- ReviewYou read it end to end. I make one round of changes.
- DeleteYour files are removed within 14 days of delivery on request, and never used to train any model.
